A very rare upgraded version of the Bucket of Lard, obtainable by looting the Throbbing King's body in The Throbbing Domain. On use it grants +2 Constitution, -1 Speed, and heals 4 HP. The Constitution boost is doubled compared to the original, making this a strong mid-fight sustain item for tanky builds that can absorb the Speed penalty.
