Pairs with the Cap and Bells (trinket doubling) and Ruffle (face armor doubling) to cover three different slot multipliers simultaneously. The full Clown set amplifies face, head, and trinket passives across the board — in exchange for -9 total LCK. A high-variance set that rewards stacking powerful pieces in each doubled slot.

HeadArmorPassiveMultiplierBonus doubles the magnitude of all passives on the head armor the cat is wearing. This is the face armor piece that empowers the head slot, which is particularly impactful since headpieces tend to have some of the strongest passives in the game. The effect applies to all head armor passives at once, meaning a hat with multiple passives gets double amplification across every single one of them.

The Clown Makeup is best equipped on a cat that already has an exceptional head armor piece, since the doubling effect scales with the power of what it amplifies. Pairing it with a rare or very rare hat with strong passives can create build-defining output from a single item interaction. In the full Clown set, the face slot amplifies the head (Clown Makeup), the neck amplifies the face (Ruffle), and the head amplifies trinkets (Cap and Bells), creating a cross-slot amplification chain at the cost of -9 LCK.
