Creepy Photo

Creepy Photo is a melee weapon with no damage output — its entire value is the single application of Fear 1 it delivers, usable once per battle. Fear causes the affected unit to flee or act erratically, which can buy a critical turn of breathing room against a dangerous attacker. The timing of that one use matters more than almost anything else about it.

The main limitation is the melee requirement — to use it you're already adjacent to the target, meaning you probably had better options that turn. It works best as a panic button saved for a boss or elite whose next action would otherwise be lethal, rather than something you plan around proactively. Think of it as an emergency interrupt, not a build enabler.
