Crimson Mask

A rare face armor from The Core, part of the Meat set. Provides +1 Damage at base and adds +1 Damage per enemy killed, with no cap.

Like the other Meat set pieces, the kill-stack damage bonus is a permanent run-wide accumulation. The Crimson Mask occupies the face slot, which tends to be contested by other strong defensive or utility options, but the kill-scaling makes it difficult to replace for damage-focused builds that expect a high kill count.

Wearing all three — Crimson Mask, Red Cap, and Pound of Flesh — means every kill generates three stacks simultaneously, turning a decent damage bonus into an exponentially scaling threat. Core biome runs with dense enemy groups are the ideal environment to maximize its potential.
