A rare neck armor from The Core, part of the Meat set. Grants +1 Damage passively and a permanent additional +1 Damage every time you kill an enemy. The kill bonus stacks indefinitely — by The Core, a character with strong kill counts can accumulate substantial damage bonuses from this piece alone. Pair it with the Red Cap and Crimson Mask to triple the kill-scaling rate. A cursed version can also drop from the Leakingmeat event in The Caves.
