Crown of Pestilence

Crown of Pestilence is a rare head armor that replaces the wearer's basic attack entirely with a new pestilence-themed one. Like Ipecac and other attack overrides, this fundamentally changes what your cat does each turn — likely replacing a melee strike with something diseased, ranged, or AoE. Evaluate whether the new attack fits your build before equipping, since you lose your default attack permanently while wearing it.
