A parasitic creature from the Body of Glorg that wraps around the neck and dramatically rewrites the action economy. Cunch grants an extra basic attack and an extra move each turn, effectively doubling both combat and movement actions. The cost is absolute: DisablePassiveSlot turns off all passive effects during battle, meaning every item and mutation passive goes dark. A transformative piece for cats whose passive slots are negligible or empty, but devastating on passive-heavy builds — know what you're trading before you equip it.
The extra basic attack is a full additional melee swing per turn, which doubles the damage output of attack-speed-focused cats or those with on-hit passives that would otherwise trigger. Critically, DisablePassiveSlot suppresses all passives during battle — meaning the on-hit passives that Cunch enables also go dark. This creates a complex valuation: the extra action is valuable, but only if the raw damage from two attacks outweighs everything lost in the passive shutdown.
Cunch is strongest on cats who carry no passives whatsoever — either because they haven't picked any up or because the run is so early that passives haven't been stacked. On a cat with Cooties, Eye Worm, and Scabies all providing passive on-hit and defensive effects, Cunch destroys more value than it creates. Reserve it for fresh cats or those built around raw stat-based damage with minimal passive reliance.
