Cooties

The ultimate social curse, draped around the neck in some unidentifiable form. Cooties reduces every single stat by 1 — STR, DEX, CON, INT, SPD, CHA, and LCK — a comprehensive debuff to the wearer's entire character. The one consolation is AddStatusToBasicAttack: every basic attack applies a status effect to the target, so the wearer remains at least somewhat dangerous despite being objectively worse at everything. An extreme trade-off piece that is generally difficult to recommend unless the on-hit status is exceptional.
