Cursed Stickman

A rare trinket that applies a status effect at the start of each turn (StatusEachTurnBegin) and stacks extra status effects whenever you deal damage (ExtraStatusWhenDealingDamage). Cursed Stickman is the upgraded version of the Stickman, combining turn-start procs with on-damage procs for double the debuff output. An excellent pick for status-stacking builds that deal frequent damage.

The two passives serve complementary roles: StatusEachTurnBegin fires at the start of every turn regardless of actions taken, providing a baseline debuff floor, while ExtraStatusWhenDealingDamage adds extra procs every time you hit. In high-damage turns with multiple attacks, you can generate five or more status applications from a single turn between both triggers — far outpacing what a single-passive trinket like the Stickman alone can produce.

The premier choice for the trinket slot in any debuff-centric build. Stack with Empty Syringe or Nightshade to amplify both procs simultaneously. If running both Stickman and Cursed Stickman, verify whether they apply different statuses — if so, each attack applies multiple distinct debuffs. Fighter and Butcher classes with multi-hit weapons maximize the ExtraStatusWhenDealingDamage trigger most efficiently.
