An excellent neck piece for heavy-cast spellcasters.

A 10-mana spell generates a 10-stack status proc; a 2-mana cantrip generates a 2-stack proc. This rewards committing mana to expensive abilities over spreading it across many cheap ones. The Metal tag means lightning attacks deal increased damage to the wearer, which is a concern in electrical zones despite the item's own electrical theme.

Best on Mage builds that regularly cast high-mana spells like Thunderbolt or other large-cost abilities. The Shield:2 provides modest durability that helps caster-type cats survive long enough to generate multiple large mana expenditures. Combining it with Mama Leech creates two different status delivery methods from spellcasting, covering both cast frequency and mana expenditure.
