A depleted power generator worn around the neck. Shield:2 and the Metal tag are the baseline, but ScaledStatusOnSpendMana is where it shines — the status effect it applies scales with how much mana was spent on a single cast, so builds that dump large amounts of mana into powerful spells get disproportionately large status payoffs. An excellent neck piece for heavy-cast spellcasters.
