A metered status delivery for spellcaster builds that want periodic procs without committing to a full per-cast item. Better in long fights where the cast count accumulates.

The specific status applied and the cast threshold determine how impactful Mama Leech is in practice. In builds where you cast multiple spells per turn, the threshold reaches quickly and the procs come in rapid succession. Builds with slow or single-spell turns will see the effect less often — it scales directly with how frequently you cast rather than with spell power.

Pairs well with spellcasting classes like the Mage that naturally cast multiple times per turn. Combining it with Empty Generator's ScaledStatusOnSpendMana creates two different status delivery channels from spellcasting — one based on total mana spent, one based on cast count. Both reward active casting rather than passive stat stacking.
