Leech Set

The Leech Set deploys 4 Beefy Leech familiars at the start of every battle — leeches that drain HP from enemies and transfer it to you, providing both frontline pressure and passive healing. With 4 leeches working simultaneously, the sustain from their drains adds up quickly. Amplify the swarm further with Druid Set's HP and damage buffs or Mother Set's familiar bonuses for a self-sustaining army.

Leech Set pieces use leech and parasite-themed gear across head, neck, and face slots. The 3-piece bonus spawns 4 Beefy Leech familiars at the start of every encounter. "Beefy" indicates these are enhanced leeches with extra HP or damage compared to standard leech familiars. Each leech independently attacks and drains from enemies, with the drained HP returning to you as healing. Four leeches attacking separate enemies can generate substantial healing per round.

Leech Set is one of the best summoner-style sets for self-sustain. Unlike sets that require killing enemies for healing, the leech drain is passive and begins working immediately. Against high-HP enemies, the leeches provide sustained healing throughout the fight. Stack with Mother Set for +2 Damage and +2 HP on each leech, Druid Set for further bonuses, and Rotten Set's Champion upgrade if leeches qualify as a bug type. The combination creates a durable character that recovers HP nearly as fast as enemies deal it.
