A rare single-use consumable dropped by the Spewer boss. On use, flip a coin: 50% chance to gain Chungus (+4 Constitution), 50% chance to take 8 damage. Chungus is described as strictly beneficial, making it excellent for disorder-synergy builds — and +4 CON is a meaningful permanent stat boost. The 8 damage on failure is painful but not run-ending. For disorder-focused builds that want Chungus, the gamble is absolutely worth taking.
