Spewer

Spewer is one of The Lab's potential final bosses, known for its catchphrase "Pills pills pills!!!" It transforms between three forms — Creep, Tar, and Lava — based on which pills it consumes during the fight, each granting different healing, buffs, and status effects (poison, tar, or burning). Its default attack lobs projectiles at five random tiles, altering terrain on impact. If it takes damage while aligned with a unit in a straight line it can inhale that unit, then spit them out next turn for damage and a status effect. Diagonal positioning is the safest approach, as Spewer struggles to target units at a diagonal angle.
