Joker Card

A rare consumable from the Jester and Paper item sets, unlocked by completing all areas as the Jester class. On use, it duplicates a random equipped item — an enormously powerful effect that can double up on your best weapon, armor piece, or trinket. Doesn't interact with Vurp, Ball-Peen Hammer, or Scrapper's Backpack, but synergizes well with Cap and Bells and Enchanted Relic (which trigger additional item grants on duplication). One of the more exciting high-skill-ceiling consumables in the game.

The duplication is random, so you can't guarantee it targets your best item, but the average case is still strong. Duplicating a weapon doubles your offensive output for that slot; duplicating a powerful trinket or armor piece can create a dominant mid-fight swing. The exclusions (Vurp, Ball-Peen Hammer, Scrapper's Backpack) suggest those items have been flagged as overpowered with duplication and were manually excluded.

Use it when your loadout has a clear best item to maximize expected value, or hold it for a boss fight where the power spike is most needed. Cap and Bells and Enchanted Relic synergies mean Jester builds can chain item generation from a single Joker Card use. Only accessible after completing all areas as Jester, making it a late-game unlock for experienced players.
