A common neck armor from The Jurassic, part of the Leafy set (also obtainable from the Timecapsule event). Provides +1 CHA and a conditional bonus: while standing on tall grass tiles, grants +3 Mana Regen and +1 Health Regen. The tile-dependent bonus rewards positioning — in The Jurassic's overgrown terrain, staying in cover pays off with persistent regeneration while you fight. Part of a set that pairs well with mana-hungry ability builds.
