The Bloat or Slow status from Lip Filler reduces enemy SPD significantly, impairing their movement and potentially their attack frequency. Being filled with excessive filler material may also reduce an enemy's ability to use certain abilities tied to mobility. The CHA or INT scaling on the injection may extend the duration of the cosmetic nightmare.

Lip Filler is a debuffer's weapon, best used to cripple fast enemies like Rangers or Assassins whose SPD advantage makes them dangerous. High-CHA or high-INT cats extend the Slow duration for maximum effect. It pairs well with any team composition that wants to control enemy movement speed, particularly when facing enemies that rely on hit-and-run tactics.
