Rather than specializing in one dimension, the Mundane Collar improves every aspect of the cat's performance simultaneously: STR for physical damage, DEX for accuracy and crit, CON for HP, INT for ability scaling, SPD for action order, CHA for social interactions, and LCK for crits and drops. The rare rarity means it competes with neck pieces that provide more dramatic effects in a single area but less total coverage.
