Rare face armor. Increases spell range and reflects projectiles back at attackers. Two very different defensive and offensive utilities in one slot — spell range extension lets you hit enemies from safety, while projectile reflection punishes ranged enemies for shooting at you. Strong in both spell-casting builds and against biomes with many ranged attackers. One of the more versatile rare face armors available.

IncreaseSpellRange extends the reach of all spell-type abilities, allowing the cat to cast from positions that are otherwise out of range. This creates a larger threat zone without requiring movement, and it stacks with any range-boosting items or abilities the cat already has. ReflectProjectiles bounces incoming ranged attacks back toward their source, effectively turning ranged enemy damage into counter-damage with no action required. As a face armor piece, the Mystic Eye provides no Shield, investing entirely in these two utility passives.

The Mystic Eye is best on spellcaster cats in biomes with ranged enemies, where both passives are simultaneously relevant every round. IncreaseSpellRange allows safe kiting at longer distances, while ReflectProjectiles ensures ranged enemies that try to close the gap or fire from distance are punished. In fights without ranged enemies, only the spell range extension provides value — still useful on spellcasters but less dominant. A top-tier face piece for any cat whose kit is primarily ability-based.
