An uncommon consumable with 3 uses. Each use grants +5 Damage and Madness 3 and can be applied to adjacent units as well as yourself. The damage boost is strong, but Madness causes unpredictable behavior — making it a risk unless you counter it. The Brave disorder completely negates the Madness downside, turning PCP into a clean +5 Damage buff with no drawback. One of the best synergies in the game if you have Brave.

Madness 3 makes the affected unit act unpredictably — potentially attacking allies, moving randomly, or wasting their turn entirely. Without a counter, applying PCP to yourself is a gamble on whether the damage boost offsets the behavioral disruption. The Brave disorder specifically nullifies Madness effects, which transforms PCP into a straightforward offense item. Applying it to adjacent allies with Brave is also viable for a party-wide damage spike.

If you have Brave, PCP is a top-tier damage consumable with 3 charges for 3 turns of +5 Damage. Without Brave, it's a situational risk — consider using it on enemies instead if the ability can apply to hostile units, or save it until you acquire Brave. The ability to apply to adjacent units opens cooperative plays in multi-character builds.
