Pair with Phoenix Necklace and Phoenix Hat to complete the set and maximize the movement-triggered status stacking.

Phoenix Mask's face slot placement makes it particularly notable — face armor is often where builds find specific offensive or status-delivery passives, so a dodge-and-movement piece here means you're trading offensive face armor potential for the Phoenix set's defensive mobility identity. The StatusOnEndMove from the face piece stacks with the same effect from the Necklace and Hat, tripling the status output from movement actions when wearing the full set.

Phoenix Mask is worth committing to if you're building the full Phoenix set on a mobile, armor-investing cat. In isolation — without the other Phoenix pieces — the ArmorDodgeChance scales poorly without sufficient armor, and a single StatusOnEndMove proc per move is underwhelming.
