Phoenix Set

The Phoenix Set provides the highest mobility of any set in the game — Flying plus an extra movement action each turn means you can reposition twice per round from an elevated vantage point. This enables extraordinary flanking, kiting, and escape options every turn, making you extremely hard to pin down. Works particularly well with the Space Set's jump-damage mechanic, letting you activate landing damage twice per turn.

Phoenix Set pieces use firebird and rebirth-themed gear across head, neck, and face slots. The 3-piece bonus grants Flying (movement ignores terrain obstacles) and an additional movement action each turn. Most characters have one movement action per turn; Phoenix Set doubles this, allowing two separate repositions. Combined with Flying, you can traverse the entire map in a single turn if your movement stat is high enough.

Phoenix Set is the premier mobility set and enables strategies that no other set can match. Two movement actions per turn means you can attack from one side of the battlefield and retreat to safety on the other in the same round. Synergizes exceptionally with movement-triggered effects: Space Set's landing damage, Trample from Lead Set, backstab from Prowler Set (double the angles you can flank from). Compare to Fly Set's Flying + backstab immunity: Phoenix is more offensively mobile while Fly is more defensively mobile. Best on aggressive builds that want to control positioning absolutely every single turn.
