A single-use active with moderate rarity, best evaluated by comparing which drink effect suits your current build.

Purple in Mewgenics theming often corresponds to magic, chaos, or INT-based effects. If tk_PurpleDrink provides a magical damage burst or INT-scaling ability boost, it becomes particularly strong on Mage builds during high-stakes fights. The Drink trinkets may also have variable durability like other active trinkets, so charge count determines how often you can rely on the effect across a run.

Since all three Drink trinkets share the same rarity slot, pick the one whose color effect best fits your build: Red for aggression and damage, Green for poison or healing, Purple for magic or arcane effects. It's rarely worth holding multiple Drink trinkets unless you have strong evidence that stacking their effects compounds. Evaluate against non-Drink rare actives before committing the trinket slot.
