Rag Mask

A common face armor piece exclusive to The Boneyard, part of the Rag item set. Grants +15% Dodge Chance — the face slot entry in the Rag set trio. Pairs naturally with Rags and Rag Hood to build a dodge-focused loadout from common drops. A solid foundation for evasion builds that want to invest in Dodge Chance without spending rarer item slots.

Face armor that provides only dodge chance with no Shield is an unusual tradeoff — the Rag Mask foregoes any hit-absorption in favor of pure avoidance. This makes it ideal for builds that already have strong HP pools or recovery mechanics, where negating hits entirely is more efficient than absorbing them. The face slot is less contested than head or neck in The Boneyard, making it an easy fit for the Rag set.

Equip alongside Rags and Rag Hood to complete the Rag set. The combined 45% Dodge Chance from the set is a strong foundation before mutations or other dodge sources are added. Effective on Thief builds that already lean into evasion. Not worth equipping on builds with low dodge synergy — +15% dodge with no other defensive benefit is only good if you're committed to the evasion identity.
