Rat Necklace

The Rat Necklace is the neck armor piece of the Rat set, spawning a charmed Pinky at battle start. Like the other Rat set pieces it provides no defensive stats, trading armor for a free summon each fight. Completing the Rat set with hat, mask, and necklace means three Pinkies appear at the beginning of every encounter.

Pinkies are weak individually, but charmed ones fight on your side without consuming your action economy. In the neck slot, Rat Necklace provides zero defensive value — you're giving up neck armor protection entirely for a single free summon per fight. That's an acceptable trade on cats that either don't need neck defense or are already committed to the Rat set. The Pinky absorbs attention and chip damage before tougher enemies reach your cats.

Best as the third piece to complete the Rat set if you already have the Rat Hat and Rat Mask, turning three individually modest trinkets into a full three-Pinky deployment every fight. On its own as a standalone pick, weigh whether a single Pinky per battle justifies sacrificing the neck slot entirely — in most cases, only commit to Rat Necklace if you're going all-in on the Rat set.
