Neck armor from the Rock set, found at The Crater. Provides a substantial +10 Shield, but breaks when the shield is fully depleted, inflicting Bruise 3 on the wearer. The high shield value makes it a strong early pick-up at The Crater, but the self-bruise on break is a real downside — best paired with shield regeneration effects or the Rocky Hat and Rocky Mask to delay the breaking condition.
