Rotten Meat Hat

An uncommon head armor found in The Boneyard, part of the Rotten set. Wearing a hat made of decaying meat costs you 1 CHA — understandably — but pays it back in minions: at the end of each turn, it spawns a Charmed Maggot or Fly that fights on your behalf. This passive minion generation stacks with pet-focused builds and provides free pressure every round regardless of what your character does on their turn. Even outside dedicated summoner builds, a free unit each turn adds up quickly over a long fight.
