Tina's Larynx

A very rare Guts set weapon unlocked by defeating Guillotina 2 on hard difficulty. Once per battle, Tina's Larynx unleashes a scream that inflicts Fear on every enemy simultaneously. Fear is a powerful crowd control debuff that can disrupt attack patterns and buy critical turns of breathing room. The AoE application to all enemies at once makes it exceptional for multi-enemy encounters and boss fights with adds. Single-use per fight, so save the scream for when it matters most.
