A card from a marked deck, worn as a lucky charm. DoubleCastSpellIfManaCostUnderThreshold fires cheap spells twice — any ability at or below the mana cost threshold automatically casts a second time for free. Exceptional for builds with many low-cost abilities, effectively doubling their output. The lower the mana cost, the more spells qualify, making this scale strongly with low-cost spell loadouts.

The second cast is a full duplicate of the first — same target, same effects, same damage. For status-applying abilities, this means twice the stacks from a single cast. For 0-cost or 1-cost abilities like Nudge, basic attack enhancements, or minor utility spells, the doubling is effectively free infinite value. High-mana spells that exceed the threshold get no benefit.

Pairs best with Mage builds that run a mix of cheap spam abilities alongside their expensive big spells. Any class with multiple 0-1 mana abilities sees substantial value. It shares a playing-card theme with other card-based items but doesn't synergize with a named card set — its benefit is purely mechanical and builds around mana cost distribution.
