Used Princess Hat is the rare head armor earned by completing the Princess Hat sidequest. It provides +6 Shield — down from the original's +10 — but crucially removes the Fragile status that locked the wearer out of all actions except moving. A solid defensive hat without the passive-prisoner tradeoff.

+6 Shield without any negative effects is a straightforward defensive bonus on the head slot. Most head armor pieces come with either minor stat adjustments or passive interactions, so a clean +6 Shield with no downside is competitive and reliable. The Used Princess Hat is not flashy, but it provides consistent damage mitigation on any cat who equips it without requiring specific builds or playstyle adjustments.

The Used Princess Hat is best equipped on frontline fighters who need to absorb hits regularly. While it lacks the +10 of the original Princess Hat, the absence of Fragile means the wearer can attack, cast, and use items freely.
