Internal engine status effect that grants the Reactive elite modifier to regular enemies. Reactive enemies receive +1 Kinetic Spikes, causing them to emit 1 Sparkle (a random magic damage projectile) per stack whenever they take damage. This creates a risk-reward dynamic where damaging the enemy generates random magic damage in the area.
The Sparkles emitted by Reactive enemies deal 1 magic damage to a random nearby unit, which can hit either your cats or other enemies. Multi-hit attacks trigger multiple Sparkle emissions, making rapid-fire strategies risky against Reactive enemies. The Boss variant (Elite Buff: Reactive Boss) functions identically but is applied through the boss elite system rather than the standard enemy modifier pool.
