Elite Buff: Resonant

Internal engine status effect. This is the status applied to elite enemies with the Resonant modifier. Resonant causes the enemy's attacks to create shockwaves or chain effects that hit additional targets near the primary target. The resonance can turn single-target attacks into area-of-effect threats, punishing clustered cat formations.
