Elite Buff: Static

Internal engine status effect. This is the status applied to elite enemies with the Static modifier. Static causes the enemy to discharge electricity when hit by melee attacks, applying Shock or Short Circuit to the attacker. Use ranged attacks to avoid triggering the static discharge.
