Elite Buff: Bouncy (Boss)

Internal engine status effect. This is the boss-specific variant of the Bouncy elite buff. Bouncy causes the enemy's projectiles or attacks to bounce between targets, hitting multiple cats with a single attack. The boss version may have more bounces, wider bounce range, or less damage falloff per bounce.
