Internal engine status effect. This is the boss-specific variant of the Twin elite buff. Twin causes the enemy to spawn a clone of itself at the start of combat, effectively doubling the threat. The clone receives the Sub Twin (Boss) status.

The boss version may produce a stronger clone with higher stats or additional abilities compared to clones from standard elite Twin enemies. Fighting two boss-tier enemies simultaneously is one of the most challenging scenarios in the game, as both copies can use the boss's full ability set and the combined damage output can overwhelm unprepared teams.

Against Twin bosses, area-of-effect damage is critical for efficiently handling both targets. Focus fire on the Sub Twin clone first to reduce the action economy advantage, then deal with the original. Crowd control effects like Stun and Freeze are especially valuable since disabling even one of the two enemies halves the incoming threat for a turn. Bring strong defensive options, as the doubled attack output of a Twin boss encounter demands robust survivability.
