Spray a unit with water, cleansing its debuffs and creating a puddle

Hose Off drenches a unit with water to cleanse all their debuffs and leaves a water puddle on the tile. The debuff cleanse is its primary value, instantly removing stacks of Blind, Poison, Burn, or other status effects; the resulting puddle also enables electric ability synergies or can be used as terrain for water-based interactions.
