Awarded for completing the Unidentified Pills sidequest from Dr. Beanies. During the quest, you receive +8 shield, but the entire adventure becomes significantly tougher with stronger enemies throughout. Completing the quest unlocks Truck Stop Pills, which add +3 resilience and transform the cat into a "rock" form.

Tip: The +8 shield helps offset the increased enemy difficulty, but do not rely on it alone. Bring your best team composition for this one. The Truck Stop Pills reward is great for tanky builds that want extra survivability through resilience.
