Pacifist

You can't kill units. If you end your turn without using your basic attack gain 7 mana.

Pacifist prevents your cat from killing units, meaning attacks can reduce enemies to low HP but cannot deliver the finishing blow. However, if you end your turn without using your basic attack, you gain 7 mana. This creates a support-oriented playstyle where the cat contributes through spells and utility rather than dealing lethal damage, with generous mana generation as the reward for non-violence.

Pacifist is heritable and can pass from parent to kitten through breeding. It can also be acquired through events or applied with a Disorder Syringe from the Organ Grinder. The 7 mana per turn for not attacking is a substantial reward that makes Pacifist excellent on caster cats who prefer spells over basic attacks. The kill prevention does not prevent dealing damage, just the killing blow, so the cat can still weaken enemies for allies to finish off.

Strategically, Pacifist is ideal on dedicated support or caster cats that rarely use basic attacks anyway. The 7 mana per turn is better than most mana regeneration sources, letting the cat cast expensive spells every turn. It pairs well with Phony (full mana at battle start) for immediate spell access plus ongoing regeneration. The kill restriction means allies must handle finishing blows, so ensure your party has other damage dealers. Pacifist is one of the most build-defining disorders, fundamentally changing how you use the affected cat.
