Conjoined Husk

Conjoined Husk is a hulking late-game enemy found in The End chapter, armored with equal parts health and shield. Its imposing frame and dual defenses make it one of the most durable enemies in the chapter, requiring sustained damage or shield-bypassing abilities to bring down efficiently.

The Conjoined Husk's melee attack seizes nearby cats, grabbing them and using the captured cat to spawn evil copies that fight against the player. These copies add to the enemy side's numbers and can inherit some of the captured cat's capabilities, turning your own party's strength against you. The longer a Conjoined Husk survives, the more copies it can generate, progressively tilting the battlefield in the enemy's favor.

Prioritizing the Conjoined Husk before it can grab key cats is essential. Focus fire with your strongest damage dealers while keeping valuable cats out of its melee range. If a cat does get grabbed, eliminating the Conjoined Husk may free the captive and remove any spawned copies. Shield-bypassing abilities are valuable for cutting through its layered defenses quickly. In mixed encounters with other End chapter enemies like Husks and Gorgers, decide which threat demands immediate attention based on proximity to your party.
