An uncommon face armor from The Desert, part of the Cactus set. Grants +3 Thorns and Brittle, healing 10 HP when it finally breaks.

Face slot armor is frequently targeted in combat, which accelerates Brittle degradation but also means the Thorns value is frequently triggered. Every melee attack that connects with you reflects 3 damage back to the attacker, regardless of their resistances. The 10 HP heal on break is a consolation prize for when the armor finally gives out.

Solid individually for the Thorns value, and even better alongside the Cactus Hat and Cactus Necklace for sustained retaliation. The full Cactus set is one of the better options for tanky melee builds that want passive damage output without needing to actively attack.
