Cactus Necklace

An uncommon neck armor from The Desert, part of the Cactus set. Grants +3 Thorns to reflect damage back at melee attackers. Brittle means it degrades under hits, but when it does break, StatusOnBreak heals you for 10 HP.

Thorns damage reflects off each physical hit regardless of damage type, making it effective against any melee enemy that attacks repeatedly. Brittle accelerates the armor's breakdown under sustained contact, but the 10 HP heal on break provides a small recovery at the moment your protection is lost. The break-heal is a one-time event per piece, not repeatable.

A good choice in melee-heavy zones where constant contact with enemies makes Thorns valuable. Wear the full Cactus set — Cactus Necklace, Cactus Hat, and Cactus Mask — to stack +9 Thorns total and potentially trigger all three break-heals before the set degrades completely.
