Worn alongside the Cool Shirt and Cool Glasses, the Cool set stacks Charisma for builds that rely on CHA-scaling abilities, persuasion checks, or social mechanics. The Fragile tag means it won't survive extended encounters, so it's best suited for short fights or builds that can exploit its bonus before it shatters.
