A common Cool set neck armor exclusive to The Lab. Grants +2 Charisma but inflicts the Fragile status, making you take increased damage from certain sources. Part of the 13-piece Cool set alongside Cool Glasses, Cool Hat, and others. The CHA boost benefits builds that scale off Charisma, but the Fragile downside means you’ll take hits harder — a tradeoff suited to aggressive, high-damage builds that don’t plan to get hit much.
