A rare neck armor from the Space set (listed as trinket in CMS) that stacks +1 Preemptive Counterattack at the end of every turn. Preemptive counterattacks trigger before the enemy's attack lands, meaning the buff accumulates into an increasingly punishing response to any incoming strike. The longer a battle goes, the more dangerous the wearer becomes to anyone who swings at them. Part of the Space set alongside items like the Space Helmet and Alien Blaster.

Preemptive counterattacks interrupt the enemy's attack sequence before the hit resolves, which means a high-Preemptive-Counterattack cat can sometimes kill an attacker before taking damage at all. Each turn adds another stack, so in a long fight against a slow-attacking boss, the wearer can accumulate extremely high counterattack stacks — effectively turning durability into offensive output.

Best on frontline tanks that spend many turns in combat and get attacked regularly. The more attacks you absorb over a fight, the more counterattack stacks you've built and the more each incoming hit gets punished. Combining it with Morphine Drip (ConvertDamageToScaledStatus) adds another layer of punishment on top of the preemptive counter, making the wearer extremely hazardous to attack.
