Uncommon neck armor from the Feathered set. Grants a Dodge Chance bonus, making the wearer harder to hit. A simple but reliable defensive passive — dodge chance is always useful and scales well in longer fights. Pairs with the Feathered Veil's counter attack for a set that combines evasion with retaliation: dodge what you can, and punish what gets through.

ArmorDodgeChance adds a flat percentage chance to avoid incoming attacks entirely, meaning some hits deal zero damage regardless of the attacker's stats. Unlike Shield (which absorbs damage) or Brace (which reduces it), dodge avoids the hit entirely with no mitigation calculation. The passive fires passively on every incoming attack without any activation cost, making it low-maintenance and effective across all fight lengths.

The Feathered Necklace is a reliable neck option for any cat that wants to survive longer in high-attack-rate fights without relying on raw HP or shield. Dodge chance benefits from randomness — it is statistically weaker in very short fights but compounds strongly in long multi-hit encounters where each avoided hit represents substantial cumulative damage reduction. Pairing it with the Feathered Veil (rare face) adds CounterAttack for a complete evasion-and-retaliation toolkit.
