A common neck armor from The Sewers, part of the Fecal set. Costs 1 CHA and makes the wearer Poisonous, infecting enemies who make physical contact.

The PoisonThorns passive applies a poison proc to any enemy that physically contacts you, not just those you attack. This makes it especially effective against enemies that close distance and attack repeatedly — every melee hit they land risks poisoning them. The -1 CHA downside is generally negligible in builds that don't invest in Charm or NPC interactions.

Alongside the Fecal Mask and Fecal Hood, it contributes to stacked Poisonous coverage across all three armor slots. The full Fecal set turns your entire body into a contact poison hazard, making it one of the best passive damage options against melee-reliant enemies in Sewer biomes.
