A common head armor from The Sewers, part of the Fecal set. Costs 1 CHA but applies Poisonous to your character, meaning enemies who make contact with you risk being poisoned.

The PoisonThorns passive turns your body into a hazard zone — anyone who touches you takes a passive poison proc. The poison is applied on contact, not on your attack, meaning enemies that chase and strike you repeatedly will continually re-expose themselves. Head armor Poisonous coverage is most useful when paired with high-armor builds that invite melee engagement.

Pair it with the Fecal Mask and Fecal Necklace for a complete three-piece contact poison setup. In The Sewers, most enemies are melee-focused, making the full Fecal set one of the most effective passive damage strategies available in that biome.
