A common head armor from The Sewers, part of the Fecal set. Costs 1 CHA but applies Poisonous to your character, meaning enemies who make contact with you risk being poisoned. The PoisonThorns passive turns your body into a hazard zone — anyone who touches you takes a passive poison proc. Pair it with the Fecal Mask for stacked Poisonous coverage and a build that punishes melee-reliant enemies with every engagement.
