A cursed neck armor from the Fly set, obtainable through the Tinkerer's Experimental Teleporter ability. Grants +3 CON and +10% Dodge Chance at the cost of -1 CHA and the Cursed tag. The neck slot piece of the Fly set offers bulk through CON rather than the SPD of the hat or DEX of the mask — making it the tankiest piece of the three despite being framed as an evasion set.
