Freezing Baby

Rare neck armor from the Baby set. At the start of each battle, inflicts Freeze 2 on a random enemy before anyone has acted — a free disable that can neutralize a dangerous foe or buy a turn of breathing room. Pairs with the Charming Baby and Scary Baby to apply multiple status effects to different random enemies at battle start, potentially crippling the opposing team before the fight even begins.
