The Kidney is a Thief-exclusive consumable that heals 10 HP, grants +2 Health Regen, and completely cleanses all debuffs from the user.

The class restriction limits this item to Thief characters only — it cannot be used by anyone else. The triple-effect combination of HP heal, regeneration bonus, and full debuff cleanse makes it unusually efficient for a single consumable. The +2 Health Regen buff stacks and persists after use, giving a sustained regeneration boost on top of the immediate heal. The debuff cleanse removes status effects like Poison, Burn, and other negative conditions in one use.

On a Thief run, the Kidney is an exceptional item — providing recovery, regen, and cleanse in one slot. Save it for moments when your Thief is simultaneously debuffed and low on HP to maximize all three effects at once.
